Winter is without a doubt my favorite season of the year. I love cold weather, and I really love the fashion that goes along with it. I’m sharing 5 winter fashion pieces that I cannot stop wearing this year and almost every other year too!
If you have seen me over the past few winters, then you already know that camel coats are my number favorite type of winter fashion pieces! They go with everything and they are incredibly classic. I have quite a few traditional ones, but last year I found a camel coat from River Island that features a gorgeous fringe detail across the back of the coat and down the arms. Being someone who loves fringe, it has been my dream coat and I wear it constantly!
Okay, hear me out! I know that corduroy reminds everyone of third grade, but I swear it is cool! I picked up a pair from H&M earlier in the winter season and they have been my favorite thing to wear. They are so different than anything else I have in my closet, and it adds a cool texture to what could be a basic winter outfit. I also love that they are a camel color which makes them super wearable for me!
So, oddly enough I saw a tye-dye sweatshirt on American Eagle and loved it! I was originally just doing my seasonal underwear shop, but what a find! I have legit worn in nonstop this winter and it goes with so many things. Although I mostly wear it around the house, I could easily throw on some leggings and some sneakers and be ready to go.
Basic Long Sleeve tops
No matter the season, basic long sleeve tops are something that I live in. During the warmer months, they keep me from getting sunburnt, and during the colder months, they keep me warm. I always pick mine up from JCrew or H&M. I love a good neutral such as black, white, or nude. This year I have been expanding to a few more colors and different styles of basic tops. They are so easy to wear and go with everything!
Faux Leather Pants
No list of my favorite winter fashion pieces would be complete without a pair of faux leather pants. I find them to be warmer than a lot of different pants or trousers in my closet, and they just look so cool! I love to pair mine with a faux leather blazer, a chunky sweater, or even just a camel or houndstooth blazer for a luxe look. The pair I have is from Amazon (surprise!) and they are the best looking faux leather I have found and are super stretchy and comfy! This is the closest match to them I could find!
