So, I am most often a neutral girl. While I wear the occasional color, green is not typically one of them. When trends for this season started rolling out, I saw this sage/mint combination everywhere and I was fully ignoring it. Well, green is officially the color for spring fashion. Here are a few pieces that I have already added to my spring wardrobe, and a few pieces that are on my wish list.
Dresses
There are so many good spring dresses out right now! I am loving the oversized and flowy nature that we are seeing in stores right now, and so many of them come in green! Dresses with ornate sleeves, tiers, or a fun detail adds so much more interest than just one color. Personally, the color itself is a big step for me, so I love classic silhouettes and flattering styles.

Tops
Although we are in spring, lightweight blazers are still something that you can get a ton of wear out of this time of year. You can also grab some basic tops in sage which are perfect for layering. Combine the color with another trendy detail such as puff sleeves and you are getting more bang for your buck. Loungewear is also an easy way to wear the color around the house if you are not ready to venture out of your comfort zone.

Bottoms
If you asked me in January, I would have told you there is no way that I am going to wear green, no matter what happened. The joke is fully on me, and wearing sage as a bottoms color has been one of my favorite things. I picked up a pair of linen-like joggers from HM, and not only are they so comfortable around the house, but they are an easy way to wear the green that has taken over spring fashion!

Accessories
Sometimes we are afraid of color, and that is okay! The good thing about spring fashion is that you can easily add a bit of color to any outfit with an accessory. So many handbags and shoes are coming in different shades of green. There are also so many styles so you should have no problem finding one that works for you!

Green is a beautiful color and one I can’t get enough of. I feel like it’s an understated neutral. I am loving the floral print against green. It’s giving me all the tropical vibes! If only we can travel, right? I am also a handbag girl so yes please! I hope your week is off to a great start and happy Wednesday!

Julia
I used to not wear green before as I thought it was unflattering with my skintone, but I’m growing to love it! I’m actually wearing a green midi dress today haha. The items in your selection are beautiful, you make me want to shop – especially the white polka dot dress!
