Sleep is one of those things that you either get tons of, or you never get enough. I used to be one of those people that slept forever and never felt rested. I’ve had such a tough time staying asleep lately. I can go to sleep quickly, but then I wake up a few times each night. I definitely need to stop snacking so late, it’s been a bad habit for me!
