In case you didn’t know, I live right outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee! It has been where I have called home forever, and it is has grown into something seriously amazing! Not only are there amazing things to do, but Chattanooga restaurants are seriously great too! Here are a few of my favorite places to eat that you need to check out!

Alleia
Out of all of the Chattanooga restaurants, this is definitely my favorite! Opened by Daniel Lindley in 2009, this has killer Italian offerings. It’s located in the Southside which is one of the trendier places to hangout in around town. I consider myself a connoisseur when it comes to Italian cuisine, and this is one of the best I’ve ever eaten at. Check out more about the restaurant here!
Make sure you try the Conchiglie there, it is my favorite!
Easy Bistro
If you’re looking for an experience that almost takes you out of Chattanooga, then Easy Bistro is perfect! It reminds me of one of my favorite restaurants to go to in NYC, and it has a menu that is just great! We went the other night, and I highly recommend their gin and tonic! If you’re in the area for brunch, you need to check them out! They also have a super cute sister restaurant called Main Street Meats that needs an honorable mention here as well! Find out more about Easy Bistro here!
Check out their Grand-Mere Chicken!
Taco Mamacita
If you’re in the mood for something quick and casual, then Taco Mamacita is one of the best Chattanooga restaurants to hit up! Not only is the whole building just cool, but the tacos are also incredible! They have quite a range of items on the menu, and their chips are so good. It can get super busy, so make sure you can find a parking spot! If you’re visiting Nashville, they also have a location there! Find out more about Taco Mamacita here!
Try the General Homeboy tacos, and get Mexican Corn!
Flying Squirrel
Aside from the funny name, there is nothing funny about this place! It is another restaurant that feels like you’re not even in Chattanooga anymore. It has such an amazing design, and they have a great list of cocktails and craft beers. This place is 21+ everyday except during brunch from 10-3 on weekends! Their brunch is my favorite in town, so don’t miss it! Here is some more informatino about Flying Squirrel!
The Waygu Tartare Sandwich will change your life!
St. Johns Restaurant
If you’re feeling fancy, then St. Johns is one of the best Chattanooga restaurants. It has a regal vibe to the restaurant, and it has a really interesting menu that changes quite a bit. If you’re looking for food that is equally as great, but a little more casual, then check out St. Johns Meeting Place right next door! Find out more about the St. Johns here!
Honestly, it is all good, get everything!
