When it comes to fashion, there are a few things that I just struggle to wear. I never know what tops or shoes to wear, but this is something I am finally fixing this year! I picked up some new items from H&M a few weeks ago, and figuring out how to style the culottes I found has been on my list of things to do! Here are 4 ways that I am currently styling them!
Dressing casual is by far my comfort zone. I like to be able to throw something together and head out of the door. It is so easy to style culottes in so many ways, and casual is 100% the easiest. I have been pairing mine with a band tee, a pair of sandals, and a light jacket or blazer on top. By layering, you give off the impression that you put more time into your outfit than you did. You can also layer on some gold jewelry and a great handbag to finish it off.

I can’t be the only person missing brunch, right?! I’m so excited for my next brunch outing that I already have my outfit planned for it. I’m going to style my white culottes with a slightly heeled espadrille, a knitted tank, or a structured top. I am a firm believer that you should put a little effort into your brunch look, and no one will know you woke up 15 minutes before!
Don’t worry, your culottes can even take you into nighttime! I stuck with my white culottes for this look, but you can pick up a black pair or dark denim to make it nighttime friendly. For me, monochromatic outfits are really my vibe. I paired the culottes with this cream/white blazer also from H&M and a thicker white top. Heels are always a great option for dinner, and you can even sneak some color into your outfit as well. Grab your favorite handbag to finish it off.
I haven’t mentioned this most important part of culottes, THEY ARE COMFY! I’m always on the hunt for items in my closet that are not only comfy but have you looking put together. Culottes are the perfect option because they allow you to move around, but they are better looking than joggers. I chose another t-shirt to style with my culottes. To finish the look, I chose a comfy cardigan that can keep me warm during travel, but is light and easily packed away. I also went with a pair of sneakers as well.
